Schedule changes are coming!  Please be aware when registering for class.  Starting this Sunday, we will offer a 9:30am class.  Beginning in November, our 6am will change to 5:30am.  As always, please feel free to email Tia with any schedule requests!  As we continue to grow, additional classes will be needed!

Also, remember to say 'hi' to anyone you don't recognize! Entering a CrossFit gym for the first time can be difficult.  Try to make it less difficult by introducing yourself and getting to know the new members.  One of the best things about our community is our friendly atmosphere created by each of you.
