What is a goat?  A goat is any skill or movement that gives you a ton of trouble.  Think about what kinds of things you know you struggle with and your coach will help you find a proper scale for the movement.  Think:  Handstands, Muscle Ups, Push Ups, Wall Balls etc.  Be honest and challenge yourself!
