One athlete works at a time.  

Get ready to have fun with your team!  If you have never done a team workout at ODIN, come in and try it.  Team days are most of our favorites because we get to work together with all of the amazing athletes at ODIN.  

Don't forget, there is another team workout on Sunday.... One large team will float down the river in inner tubes and drink adult beverages for load (not time).  Regular classes will be cancelled.
