Seated Strict Press

The weight on the deadlift and press should be as heavy as possible.  (AHAP)

Complete 1 rep of each movement, then 2 reps of each, then 3 reps of each movement.  When you’ve done your set of 3 strict presses you have finished 1 round.  Start the entire series over with 1 rep of each.  Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes
