Sit Up/Double Unders

Air Squat/Row

Push Up/ KBS (53/35

Pull Up/ Burpee

A tabata is :20 work and :10 seconds rest, repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes.  In today's mash-up, the first tabata will be sit ups for :20, rest :10, Double unders for :20, rest :10 etc.

Maybe your coaches can find some music from Glee to get you in the mood.
