1. Snatch 1RM



2.  Row:

6 sets of :40 on, :20 off for meters

Find your 1 Rep Max Snatch.  And by snatch, we do mean FULL (squat) Snatch.  Unless otherwise noted by the word 'power', know you will be expected to catch the lift in the bottom of the squat.

For the Row:  Record the distance of each :40 second interval.
