RAW: 

For max reps, 3 player WOD, all male or all female: 

3 bars:

Bench Press (225/155)

Back Squat (315/200)

Deadlift 405/280). 

With only one athlete working at a time, perform whichever lifts desired for as many reps as possible in 12 minutes. 

Score points as follows: 

1 rep bench=1pt

1 rep squat=2pts

1rep deadlift= 3 pts

Switch players as needed.  Score as many points as possible
