A few reminders:
1.  The Great Frederick Fair is in full swing.  Please allow extra time to get to the gym for the weekend and evening classes.  Also, if you live downtown, this is a great week to walk/run/bike to the gym.

2.  We are closed on Sunday.  Please join our female competitors for the Charm City Strongwoman competition in Baltimore.  This will be an amazing day with women showcasing their mental and physical strength!

3.  Volleyball is Sunday from 4-6.  Please email Tia if you can make it this week!  

4.  Paleo challenge starts Monday!!!!  If you have never eaten Paleo, we will hold an information session Saturday at 10am!

One athlete completes all of  the Deads, HPC and Jerks, then passes off to the other athlete who completes all the reps.  That is one full round.
