Complete 20 alternating single hand kettlebell swings (53/35) then increase reps in box jumps (24/20) each minute.
First minute complete 20 KBS and one Box Jump,
Second minute 20 KBS and two BJs… and so on.
Once you can not complete the box jumps within the minute finish the remainder of the EMOM with just the KBSs
