What's more fun than working out? Getting a friend to workout with you.  Today's WOD is a "Bring a Friend WOD", so if you know someone that has been wanting to try, but didn't know when would be a good time to come in, well today is the day.  Meet new and existing members, as well as get in a fun workout!
