Announcements:  

Classes are filling!  We love this!  It shows us that we have dedicated members, which is exactly the goal.  We WANT you to show up regularly!  As classes fill, be sure to preregister early and unregister if you are unable to attend.  No-shows only hurt your fellow athlete, so please be courteous.  If we continue to see full classes, more classes will be added to the schedule!

Nutrition challenge starts January 14th.  We will have a pre-challenge meeting on Saturday, January 10th at 3pm.  Please come prepared with questions.  Check out the Whole30 website and read the book "It Starts With Food", if you have time.  I will go over the guidelines and we can all share tips for success.  This meeting is not mandatory, but will be helpful!
