Class on Saturdays will run differently than usual.  As you will see, we have 4 thirty minute classes on Saturday morning.  This is just to get people to arrive in waves and not all at once.  I will open the gym early for anyone who wants to come in around 8:30 to start warming up.  Your warm up will be on your own.  When you are ready to go, you will put your name on a heat list and hop in!  Be sure to schedule enough time to judge one of your fellow Odinites!  This only works if we all work together as a community!  Feel free to hang out all morning and cheer for your friends!  Coffee will be brewing!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:
15 toes-to-bars
115/75-lb. deadlifts, 10 reps
115/75-lb. snatches, 5 reps

Workout 15.1a
6 minutes to find 1-rep-max clean and jerk

Perform both workouts on a 15-minute clock, start Workout 15.1a immediately after finishing 15.1.
