If you registered for Sunday classes a while ago, please double check to make sure you are still registered.  There was an issue with the Box Hq and you may have been booted out.  I promise we want you in class:)

Weighted chin up(reverse grip—palms facing you) 3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1

DB standing strict press 3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1

Try to increase the weight on every set.  Rest as needed between sets.
