Because of limited amounts of 10# wall balls, we will be running back to back heats tomorrow. So, when you get to the gym, warm up and be prepared to hop right in! Also, I will arrive at the gym at 8:30am and will be ready to start judging shortly after that. Especially if you are a scaled female, please consider coming in early!
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
50 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball to 10 feet
