Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

I have opened up a few more time slots for the Bod Pod this Sunday!  Grab them before they are gone!  Remember, if doing the Bod Pod, you must wear compression clothing or swim suits, don't eat or drink or workout two hours prior.  The cost is $50 and can be paid by cash or check (made out to MVSC) only.
