We are starting this week out with a bang!  Just like last week, there will be plenty of scaling options, so don't be frightened away by this workout.  The evening classes will be run in heats, similar to the Open.  If you arrive early, you will be able to do the warm up on your own and be prepared to jump into a heat.  This is the final workout of the Masters Online Qualifier.  Let's all show Kristen Vance our support by doing this workout on the same day as her!
