Look for a slightly different feel in the way classes are run this week. We have ramped up the programming to help you all achieve your goals! There will be extra work on the board that everyone is welcome to do before or after class (to include endurance programming).
ROOTS class is on the schedule. If you have been CrossFitting for less than a month, this is a perfect class to try. It is a series of 5 classes for beginners that will teach you everything you need to know to feel comfortable in class with advanced athletes! All new members will have to finish the ROOTS program in order to move into class. Tell your friends to try it!
