The gym will be closed this weekend for a CrossFit Endurance Seminar.  We will be having workouts at alternative locations.  Please check here for class locations!  No yoga this weekend.

BodPod will be back at ODIN on Monday, July 13th.  There are a couple spots available.  Sign up right away!  Please bring cash or check (made to MVSC) in the amount of $50.  Do not eat, drink or workout 2 hours before your test.  Please wear a swimsuit or spandex type clothing.
