*A note on sumo deadlift high pulls.  If you are familiar with this workout, you may have noticed a change from the standard workout.  We do not do sumo deadlift high pulls at ODIN.  From our experience, this is a movement that has a higher than average injury risk and is not needed for general fitness.  Because of this, we will use a Kettlebell swing as an alternative.  If you have done the moment with SDHP, your score will vary a bit, so please take note of that.
