New schedule begins on Monday!  Please look at the Box HQ for the updated times.  The 9am class will switch to 9:15 and the 7pm will change on Monday and Wednesday to 6:30pm.

Don't forget to register for the Mobility Seminar and the Yoga session!  Both can be found under events on the Box HQ.

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible:

*Increase reps by 2 every round.  You go until you are unable to complete the entire 2 rounds within the 3 minutes.
