Teams of 2:

100 DU (Partner one completes 100 DU and then Partner two completes 100 DU)

50 HSPU (One partner works while the other hold handstand.  Switch as needed)

50 TTB (One partner works while other dead hangs from rig)

50 Shoulder to Overhead (One partner works while other holds bar in front rack)

100m Walking Lunges (completed together)
