This week is a de-load week for our strength cycle.  The weights will be light and they will feel light.  Please stick with the program even if it seems too easy this week.  There is a method to the madness and Coach Allison knows what she is doing!  Enjoy the break from the heavy lifts and know that you are getting stronger!
