ODIN Unloaded starts this week, Tuesday June 6th @ 11am. ODIN Unloaded is our "Boot Camp" style fitness program. These 1hr. classes involve building your strength and improving your cardio endurance through a combination of body weight movements, dumbbell and kettlebell work, core development and cardio intervals.
