Our CrossFit Kids program is a fun-filled weekly class where kids learn how they can be fit, healthy, and active for life.

This functional movement program is designed specifically for children’s developmental needs. With activities centered around fun and a combination of gymnastics, body weight, and weightlifting (dependent upon age), CrossFit kids can be used to supplement your child’s other extracurricular athletic activities—or as a standalone—since CrossFit is its own sport!

What else will my kids get out of CrossFit Kids?
CFK has the ability to support your child in being the best version of themselves.  Through a positive and encouraging environment, children will develop a lifelong love of fitness. They will hone vital life skills such as integrity, honesty, hard work and self-discipline. CFK will give your children an unparalleled self-confidence and can help stave off health issues such as childhood obesity and type 2 diabetes.  

What programs do you offer?
Kids –(ages 5-12) The focus remains on fun in our kids program. Skills and functional movements taught involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play-pull, push,run, throw, climb, lift and jump.
Classes are 30 minutes long. They begin with a dynamic warm up, skill    development, a workout, and always finishes with a fun game!

When are the classes and how much are they?
8-week session
May 4th- June 22nd
Thursdays 4:45pm-5:15pm

$100 per child for the 8 week session ($80 for siblings)
