It’s time to get Gymnasty!! Coach Allison will be running an 8 week course than is the perfect introduction to the world of Gymnastics as it related to CrossFit. Whether you are a newbie and have never been upside down or have been crossfitting for years but need to tighten up your form, this course is great for all levels.

You will meet once a week with Coach Allison as a group. She will take you through that day’s skill work and get to work with each athlete to improve their body awareness, coordination, form and strength with the gymnastics movements. There will be two days’ worth of additional programming to be done on your own before the next class meeting. 

The main movements that will be focused on are Pull Ups (strict & Kipping), T2B, Handstands of all kinds, Ring & Bar Muscle Ups (for those who are ready). There will also be a large emphasis on building your core strength and master safe body positioning with all movements.

Class will meet every Sunday at 9:45am from November 8th-December 27th.  This is perfect timing to meet your gymnastics goals by the New Year!
