FREE WORKOUTS: We will have two free workouts that are open to everyone of all fitness and ability levels. These workouts will be designed to introduce you to what CrossFit is like and give you a taste for the fun we have!

NUTRITION: Our gym is hosting the Whole 30 challenge. This is the perfect time to focus on your health-both in the gym and the kitchen! We suggest you check out www.whole30.com to get some basic information.
January 1st 1pm: Meeting will cover the basics of the program.
ROOTS: We have a beginner's course for all new CrossFitters called Roots. In this two week course, you will learn enough of the basics to feel comfortable entering a CrossFit class. We will teach you how to move safely and effectively while slowly adding volume. All levels of fitness are welcome. In January, we will have an evening/weekend option and a weekday option. Choose the one that fits your schedule!
Option 1 Dates: January 4th, 6th, 10th, 11th, 13th, 17th (Weekdays at 6pm, Sundays at 2pm)
Option 2 Dates: January 4th, 6th, 8th, 11th, 13th, 15th (10am)
PERSONAL TRAINING: If the Roots class doesn't fit your schedule, or you prefer one on one training, we offer personal training options.
