ood morning everyone! 

As you know the change in ownership will be in effect Oct. 1st which is this Saturday. To sign up for classes you will need to use the follow link. It will look just like the current Odin calendar but it is through a new TRIIB account. 


When looking at the schedule of classes you will notice a few changes. 

1. The 7am class has been moved to 6:30am and will be offered MWF. After lots of reviewing of class attendances the 7am class on Tuesdays and Thursdays had very little attendance. So we are going to give this a try. If attendance to this class grows then we will be happy to bring it back on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

2. The Sunday WOD has been moved from 8:30am to 9:30am. This is due to Barbell needing to be Sunday mornings. 

3. Barbell will begin Sunday October 2nd from 8:30am-9:30am. If you have a Fully Unlimited Membership then Barbell is included in your membership. Please register and check in for the class like you normally would. If you do not have a Fully Unlimited Membership but would like to attend then you can "Drop In" to Barbell when you would like. The Barbell Drop In is $15 per class and will just be added to your billing at the end of the month. I will be sending more information about Barbell out later in the week :)

4. Open Gym- Starting Saturday October 8th Open Gym will be offered every Saturday from 10am-11am. Please register and check-in for Open Gym just like a normal class. Please note that there will be a coach present during open gym but they will not be actively coaching. They are there to make sure everyone is being safe but they will not be coaching you on your movements and technique. If you want one-on-one instruction please let us know and we can chat about doing some personal training sessions.
