ODIN Barbell is almost here! Starting this Sunday October 2nd ODIN's Barbell class will be offered every Sunday from 8:30am-9:30am. 

Odin Barbell is all about improving your Olympic lifts: the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. This program will utilize a variety of lifting drills, complexes, and most importantly a heavy focus on technique. This coach led program will be more in depth than what we are able to do in a regular CrossFit class. The goal of this program is to help you improve both your technique and strength with the Olympic lifts, making your everyday work outs faster and more effective.

Is Odin Barbell Right For Me?

Yes! Odin Barbell is perfect for any ability level. This program is meant to improve your technique, strength and overall comfort level in regards to the Olympic lifts. Just like with our regular programming, Odin Barbell is coach led so as to guide you with your technique and to be sure the weights being used are appropriate for you.

When Are Classes Held?

Odin Barbell will be held Sundays from 8:30am-9:30am. 

Do I need to sign up for class?

Yes, if you have the Fully Unlimited membership then Barbell is included in your membership. You will register for the class a head of time and check in when you arrive just like you normally do. 

Can I Drop-In to Barbell?

Yes! If your membership does not include Barbell then you are welcome to Drop-In to Barbell. Barbell Drop-Ins for members are $15 per Barbell Class. When you arrive for Barbell go to the iPad kiosk store and choose the Barbell Member Drop-In. Then add it to your cart and check out. This will add the charge to your account and you will be billed at the end of the month.
