Join our November session of ROOTS; a 2 week Intro to CrossFit program. We will introduce you to the basic movements used in CrossFit as well as discuss how classes are run, lingo, mind set, scaling movements and so much more! After ROOTS you will be right at home and ready to join our group classes.
