Have you always wanted to try out CrossFit but was a little nervous to get started? Well now is your chance! 

Join our March session of ROOTS; a 2 week small group Intro to CrossFit program led by a certified CrossFit Trainer. You will be introduced to the fundamental movements used in CrossFit as well as learn how classes are run, lingo, mind set, scaling movements and so much more! After ROOTS you will be right at home and ready to join our group classes.
