Time to slow down in order to speed up.

Learning & perfecting a new skill can be tricky! Slowing things down to really dial in your techqnie and just spend some time practicing is vital to your long term mastery.

“Goat” is the CrossFit slang for a weakness or skill that needs perfecting. Every Thursday for the next 5 weeks we will be programming “Goat” Days! This will give you a chance to refine and work on the skills of your choice.

Each Thursday we will be doing a 20min EMOM. You choose 2 movements to alternate between. Please come to class having an idea of what you would like to work on. The coach will help you to customize the EMOM to fit your goals.

Having practice days like these are so important to your progress and development over time. Expect to see more in the future.
