Tight hips? Having issues with your squat? Join Coach Josh for his 1hr. mobility session focusing on HIPS! 

Coach Josh is know to the ODIN members as our in house "mobility Guru". He is always working on improving our members rang of motion through a variety of stretching and mobility techniques.

Join him Saturday June 17 @ 10am for a full hour of mobility focusing on hips. He will help you to pin point any trouble areas and how to work on improving them. Josh will also walk you through a variety of stretches, and mobility movements that focus on improving your hip range of motion.
