Breathing is important. Seems obvious, and everyone knows how to breathe, right? 
Do you often find yourself with constant tension in your neck, shoulders, and jaw? Decreased mobility in your hips, shoulders, neck, or mid back? Constant tightness or weakness in your lower back? Holding your breath all the time? Dr. Deb will be showing you how and why all of these issues can be improved with better breathing! She will teach some basic self assessments and exercises for improving your breathing and all the wonderful things that go along with getting more oxygen to your brain and body!
