Join us for a powerful Yoga class led by instructor Jen Topper, designed for CrossFitters and athletes of all kinds! This class will focus on the areas where you hold tension and tightness. Power Yoga is an energetic form of Yoga where we will focus on strength, flexibility, balance and cardio. You will move vigorously to create heat and open up the body.
