8:30am (Barbell Class), 9:30am

OPEN GYM
Tuesdays- 6:30pm
Wednesdays- Noon
Thursdays- 6:30pm
Friday- Noon

Class Registration Policy

Members must pre-register for class using their TRIIB account. 
Class Cancellations
If no one is registered for the 5:30am or 6:30am class by 8pm the night before then the empty class will be canceled and removed from the schedule for that day. 
All other classes on the schedule- If no one is registered for the class 30min. prior to class then the class will be canceled and removed from the schedule for that day.
