A fitness program designed just for YOU, adults 60 and older, who want to stay strong, active, and independent as you age. We’ll meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 AM for fun, safe, and supportive workouts.

As we age, staying active isn’t just about fitness—it’s about living your life to the fullest. Strength training helps keep your muscles strong, your joints healthy, and your balance steady so you can keep doing the things you love: playing with your grandkids, gardening, traveling, or just moving through your day with confidence.

But this program is about more than exercise. It’s about community. You’ll be surrounded by peers who understand your stage of life, who are there to encourage you, laugh with you, and celebrate progress together. We want you to not just add years to your life—but add life to your years.

We keep things simple, safe, and fun:

The workouts are built for you. Every movement can be adjusted to meet your needs, whether that means using a chair for support, lighter weights, or just moving at your own pace.

Our coaches are right there with you. We’ll guide you step by step, answer your questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident.

The environment is welcoming. Classes are small, personal, and friendly—no pressure, no judgment, just progress.
